The principal of Coleman Property Consultants is Anthony Coleman. He is a retired Army Major. He has the following qualifications Bachelor of Commerce 1996 Queensland University Bachelor of Laws 1988 Queensland University Master Of Laws 1999 Melbourne University. He was first admitted to practice as a solicitor in July 1990 in the Queensland Supreme Court. He has subsequently been admitted to practice in September 1993 in the High Court of Australia and July 1998 in the Victorian Supreme Court.
He has realised that there was a lack of service being offered by lawyers in negotiating all types of property disputes.
He saw that there are many restrictions on lawyers that don't apply to non lawyers that stop effective negotiations, hence his decision to not act as a lawyer and instead use his many years of experience as a mediator and negotiator without having to worry about legal regulations and bodies trying to impact on resolutions.
He is an experienced mediator in resolving disputes between banks and customers. |
