Coleman Lawyers offer a variety of fee structures to suit our clients' requirements. These include:

Flat fee – we charge a set fee for the work that you require.

Success fee – clients pay disbursements and an agreed fee on achieving the desired result.

Scale fee – we charge the fees as set by the Law Institute and respective courts.

Legal Aid – some or all of your legal fees are paid by the Victorian Legal Aid office.

For most other services we charge no more than the fees set by the Law Institute and respective courts. However, we do provide discounts ranging between 5% and 10% to the following groups in the community.

State and Federal Police Officers

Returned Servicemen and women
