The services we offer are guaranteed to be cheaper than similar services offered by lawyers who as we all know over charge clients and often don't even do the work and instead leave it to their secretaries.
 
We are able to offer cheaper fees as we are not required to pay the excessive fees and charges that lawyers are charged so that they can fund the regulatory bodies such as the Legal Service Commission, Legal Service Board and Law Institute of Victoria which have been basically set up to employ lawyers who get paid less than those in the real world. I will leave it up to you to work out why it is that these lawyers don't work in law firms.

All offices run an IBM system with word software. To improve client access tousand to the various information databases managed by the firm, We provide clients with access to all documentation stored in its computer system relevant to their matter. 

Adding value through information

The firm publishes a range of items to keep clients abreast of issues affecting them personally or their business. We also have available brochures on a variety of issues that we provide free of charge.

Our most exciting initiative is the preparation of checklists and guides on a variety of matters. We provide these free of charge to our clients. 

What to Expect at Coleman Property Consultants

Working together with clients and with each other means delivering on promises. If we can't do something, we won't say we can. If we say we can do something, we will do everything in our power to make sure we are as good as our word.

We offers all clients what we call "client connection". We have developed this service in an effort to demonstrate our commitment to reducing the time and cost of delivering services and improving communication between clients and our firm.

Client connection is designed to provide clients with access to us and material relating to their matter as and when it is required. Each client of our firm is forwarded by their choice of medium copies of all letters, documents and notes by this office.

These can be sent to clients by email, facsimile, on disc in Word format or by mail.

All clients of our firm have direct access to us. 

As a progressive firm we encourage all clients to send and receive email messages to us. This means if clients send us a message we can’t say we didn’t receive it and avoids that dreaded telephone tag.
