Other advantages of the policy are obvious. It saves clients time, and travelling costs and for the elderly or disabled, it allows them to receive the legal help they require in the comfort of their home or hospital.
Our Communication Guarantee - Our guarantee to our clients is to provide progress reports in writing on request and to provide clients with a 24 hour a day contact number that clients can use in the event of an emergency to contact a lawyer.
Cost Effective Service - We guarantee to provide clients with the most cost-effective legal service in Victoria. We have a variety of fee arrangements and can tailor one to fit each clients needs.

All offices run an IBM system with word software. To improve client access to its lawyers and to the various information databases managed by the firm, Coleman Lawyers provides clients with access to all documentation stored in its computer system relevant to their matter.
Adding value through information
The firm publishes a range of items to keep clients abreast of issues affecting them personally or their business. We also have available brochures on a variety of legal issues that we provide free of charge.
Our most exciting initiative is the preparation of checklists and guides on a variety of matters. We provide these free of charge to our clients.
What to Expect at Coleman Lawyers

Coleman Lawyers offers all clients what we call "client connection". We have developed this service in an effort to demonstrate our commitment to reducing the time and cost of delivering legal services and improving communication between clients and our firm.
Client connection is designed to provide clients with access to Coleman Lawyers and material relating to their matter as and when it is required. Each client of Coleman Lawyers is forwarded by their choice of medium copies of all letters, documents and court papers prepared by this office.
These can be sent to clients by email, facsimile, on disc in Word format or by mail.
All clients of Coleman Lawyers have direct access to their lawyer. A call to Coleman Lawyers will only be answered by our reception if and only if we are out of the office, with a client or on another call. As a valued client of Coleman Lawyers clients will be provided with a direct dial office number, a 24 hour mobile phone number and direct e-mail address of the lawyer working on their case.
As a progressive firm we encourage all clients to send and receive email messages to us. This means if clients send us a message we can’t say we didn’t receive it and avoids that dreaded telephone tag.
